My ADHD Coaching Philosophy

My Beliefs

My philosophy and approach to coaching has evolved out of my education and personal experiences with ADHD but is ground in the following beliefs and principles:

I have come to believe that the goal of ADHD coaching is to empower, enlighten and  help facilitate an upward spiral of success and self exploration which leads to more happiness and satisfaction with life.

I believe in the power, creativity and intelligence of my clients and their abilities and talents.

My Role

I am a partner for their success. This means that I aspire to provide a non-judgemental space where ADHD coaching can help uncover those positive qualities, some of which may be buried under years of failure or low self esteem. I make a conscious effort to pay as much attention to your positive strengths, talents and aptitudes so we can capitalize on them to grow them further.

There are some very real obstacles and challenges for people with ADHD. We don't ignore them. We take them seriously and find ways around and through them with ADHD friendly strategies and systems that are individually tailored to suit your learning style and aptitude.

My Commitment To You

Together, whether individually or in groups it's my commitment to you to make sure you get the most out of your coaching experience, to listen fully  in our sessions and to be that support between sessions in order to be able to facilitate your growth and maximize your gifts.
